TO THE INTENSIVE LEARNING CENTER
The Intensive Learning Center classroom is a multi-graded special education classroom. Students are taught all academic subjects by a special education teacher and full time teaching assistant. The students take specials, go on field trips, and attend assemblies, lunch and recess with grade-appropriate peers. Students are placed in the ILC classroom after an extensive district-mandated process. Students come from Long Neck and East Millsboro Elementary schools.
